How does Nilu AI work?

Nilu AI is an agent built on modern language models (Google Gemini, GPT, Claude). It's configured with your business data and talks to customers on Telegram and Instagram like an experienced salesperson.

Can I train the agent with my own data?

Yes. Through the admin panel you upload your product catalog (XLSX) and define the agent's personality — its tone and what it talks about. The prompt studio does this for you with AI assistance.

What happens when the AI can't answer?

The conversation is automatically handed off to a live operator: on complaints, payment issues or when the customer asks for a human. You configure the escalation rules, and your team is instantly notified via a Telegram group.

Which languages are supported?

Nilu replies in whichever language the customer writes — Uzbek, Russian, English or any other. The admin panel itself is available in 3 languages (UZ · RU · EN).

Is my data secure?
